Any items found in or around Sutter Health Park during regular business hours should be turned in to the Administrative Office at the stadium. All lost and found items will be stored for 30 days. Every effort will be made to return the item to its owner, but if an item has been stored for 30 days and has not been claimed, Sutter Health Park and the River Cats reserve the right to remit to charity or otherwise disposed of.
Lost and found items can be picked up at the Administrative Office during the hours of 9 a. All calls and questions regarding the lost and found should be forwarded to the Guest Services Department at Every child should be told to contact a Sutter Health Park representative should he or she become lost.

If a regular season game is rained out and NOT rescheduled, ticket stubs may be returned to Sutter Health Park's Tri Counties Bank Ticket Office and exchanged for a ticket with the same value to another game during the regular season, subject to availability.
If a regular season game is rained out and rescheduled for another date, the rain check will be honored for the rescheduled game, which replaces the original game. The RAIN CHECK and coupon are good only for the rescheduled game; and no part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure of the ticketholder to exchange or use the ticket.
Should a regular season game not progress to or beyond a point of play constituting a regulation game, the ticket will be good for any regular season home game subject to ticket availability. Should an exhibition or postseason game not progress to or beyond a point of play constituting a regulation game, retain possession of the ticket until the RAIN CHECK policy is announced. According to Pacific Coast League Rules, the home team is the sole judge of the conditions of the playing field prior to the start of the game.
The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to whether and when play shall be suspended during a game because of unsuitable weather conditions or the unfit condition of the playing field; as to whether and when the play shall be resumed after such suspension; and as to whether and when a game shall be terminated after such suspension. He shall not call the game until at least one hour and 15 minutes after he has suspended play.
He may continue the suspension as long as he believes there is any chance to resume play. He shall not call the game until at least 45 minutes after he has suspended play for a second time. The umpire-in-chief shall at all times try to complete a game.
His authority to resume play following one or more suspensions shall be absolute and he shall terminate a game only when there appears to be no possibility of completing the ballgame.
